1900s-modern
Sherman Tank-Made during WW2 by the Americans and was later distributed between the allied forces was formally named M4 or medium tank. Then named after a British General named Sherman. Some wars it was used in was WW2 and Cuban revolution also in the Korean war. It used for ammunition were Shell HE M46 and Shot AP M72. Was used against Japanese troops and fortifications as its primary use.

1900s-modern
German Tiger tank. First prototypes were built by the Henschel and Porshce company. This was built for a heavy armored tank and at one point built to where it could go 13 feet under water. Fitted with three types of machine guns and had ammunitions which was just regular shells. Was used in North Africa and during WW2. During its time before the other tanks  came in it was known for invincibility against certain machine guns and artillery.
1800s-1900s
Model 1841 12-pounder Howitzers.
Was made to hit targets that would be obscured to a regular gun. Part of the U.S artillery series. Ammunition used for it is spherical case, common shell, and canister. Its manufacture is various Federal Arsenals. Was used during the Civil War on both sides. A bronze smoothbore.
1800s-1900s
12-pounder bronze gun, Model of 185 7 Also known as the Napoleon, fires twelve pound explosive shells and solid shots, bullets can be fired a mile long, was in the battle of Gettysburg against the confederate army. Considered a light gun weighing at 1,200 pounds. Manufactured in Massachusetts in the Ames Company and Revere Copper Company.


Pre-1800s
American 6-pound fieldpiece, some of the battles that they were used the cannons was Trenton, Monmouth, Yorktown, some ammunition used for this gun was round shots and grapes.
Pre-1800s   Trabuchet,300 pound stones and would go 300 yards, made by Napoleon III after the catapults, began in the thirteenth century, battles that they used in was  Dover Castle and the Great Siege of 1216 and the Battle of Xingyang.
